What does it mean to be well? Have you asked yourself this question lately? What makes you feel good? What turns you off? When you shed the light of your awareness on these questions you receive answers and insights that directs you where to place your attention.

Once you learn where to place your attention you attract what you need. Sounds simple right? The idea is simple yet it requires a tremendous amount of presence, devotion and constant practice over a long period of time.

Yoga, Meditation, Breath and Sound are effective techniques in supporting this notion. Each practice can be looked at as a form of clearing or making space. Yoga for example is a form of physical hygiene, Meditation a form of mental hygiene, Sound a form of emotional hygiene and Breath a form of energetic hygiene.
